Shipping Area and Cost

Sproforge proudly provides free standard shipping across the entire United States. There are no standard shipping charges added at checkout.

Order Cutoff Time

All orders must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Any order received after 2:00 p.m. ET will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing Time

We typically need 1 business day (24 hours on business days) to prepare your order for shipment. Our processing operations run Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Transit Time

After your order leaves our facility, standard transit generally requires 3 business days. Please be aware that carriers may not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, you can expect a total of 4 business days. This timeframe is made up of 1 business day for processing and 3 business days for transit. The clock starts on the appropriate business day, which is determined by whether your order was placed before or after the cutoff time.

Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping may take longer than estimated during periods of high order volume or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or U.S. public holidays. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out as soon as possible. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don't want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@sproforge.com and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Please make sure to check that you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
